1. Scope
This policy explains how Menemem handles personal information when you browse clinic and treatment information, submit a consultation or review, contact Menemem, or interact with clinic profile and claim features.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Menemem, information may include your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, country or travelling-from country, treatment interest, optional message, review content, consent records, and clinic claim or contact information.
We may also receive limited visitor information such as approximate location supplied by network infrastructure, browser and device category, referring domain, page interactions and campaign parameters. We do not need your precise location to provide ordinary directory browsing.
3. How information is collected
Information may be provided directly through forms, generated through use of Menemem, or supplied by clinics and authorized representatives. Public clinic facts are governed separately by Clinic Info.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate the directory, respond to enquiries, process consultation requests, associate clinic-specific leads, moderate reviews, support clinic corrections or claims, protect the service, prevent abuse, understand aggregate usage and improve Menemem.
5. Consultation enquiries and sharing
For a general consultation, Menemem receives and handles the enquiry and may contact you or help identify relevant clinics. Information is shared with a clinic only in accordance with the consent and matching process.
For a clinic-specific consultation, Menemem may share your request and contact details with the named clinic so both the clinic and Menemem can contact you. See Consultation.
6. Reviews and public content
Approved review content and your chosen display name may appear publicly. Contact details used to verify, administer or respond to a review are not intended for public display. See the Reviews policy.
7. Visitor analytics
Menemem may record page views, clinic interactions, approximate geography, broad browser or device information, referring domains and conversion events. This helps measure service use and improve clinic discovery without treating visitor analytics as clinic collection data.
9. Processors and service providers
Service providers may process information on Menemem's behalf for hosting, infrastructure, security, communication or operational support. They should receive only information reasonably needed for their function and handle it under appropriate safeguards.
10. Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal or operational obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention and security. Retention periods can differ by record type, and records may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
11. Access, correction and deletion
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain handling. Menemem may need enough information to verify the request and may retain information where legally or operationally required.
12. Security
Menemem uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
13. International data handling
Menemem, clinics or service providers may handle information in different countries when supporting international treatment enquiries. Where applicable, Menemem will use appropriate safeguards required for that handling.
14. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as Menemem's services or legal obligations change. The published version will show its latest update date.
15. Contact
Privacy questions and rights requests may be submitted through Menemem's contact channel. Operator identity, legal address, jurisdiction and a dedicated privacy contact remain configurable and are not invented here.
