Menemem provides dental clinic discovery, dental tourism information, clinic and treatment directories, reviews, consultation requests and clinic contact tools.
Menemem is not a dentist, dental clinic, medical provider, hospital, insurer, payment provider or travel agency. It does not provide dental treatment.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Menemem, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the service. Where required by law, a person under the applicable age of legal consent may use Menemem only through or with an appropriate parent or guardian.
4. Clinic information
Clinic information may be supplied by clinics or obtained from public sources, official websites, permitted data sources and other reviewed sources. Information can change.
Confirm treatment and dentist availability, hours, prices, qualifications, travel support, facilities and contact details directly with the clinic. See Clinic Info.
5. No medical advice
Clinic profiles and treatment descriptions are general information, not diagnosis or medical advice. Treatment suitability, risks and expected outcomes must be discussed with a qualified dental professional. See Medical.
6. Free Consultation service
A general enquiry goes to Menemem, which may contact you and help identify relevant options. A clinic-specific enquiry may be shared with the named clinic, and both the clinic and Menemem may contact you.

7. Clinics and third parties
Clinics are independent third parties responsible for diagnosis, advice, treatment plans, prices, appointments, patient consent, professional standards, treatment delivery and outcomes. Any treatment relationship is between the patient and the clinic or dental professional.
8. Dental tourism and travel
Menemem may display clinic information about international-patient, transfer, accommodation, consultation-location and travel support. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Menemem does not provide travel, hotel, transport or visa services. Users must confirm their own arrangements and requirements.
9. Reviews
Reviews must be genuine and must not involve impersonation, harassment, unlawful content, spam, undisclosed promotion or rating manipulation. Menemem may moderate, reject or remove reviews under the Reviews policy.
10. User conduct
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape contrary to applicable restrictions, submit false or malicious material, impersonate another person, manipulate reviews, or use Menemem for fraud or abuse.
11. Clinic profile corrections and removal
Clinics and authorized representatives may request corrections, updates, review or removal where applicable. Menemem may verify authority and assess each request under its Clinic Info policy.
12. Intellectual property
Menemem branding, software, website design and original content are protected. Clinic names, trademarks and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Third-party links
Menemem may link to clinic websites, social networks, maps and other services. Menemem does not control their content, availability, security or policies.
14. Service availability
Menemem may update features, correct errors, change content, suspend parts of the service, or change or discontinue functionality. Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised.
15. No guarantees
Menemem does not guarantee clinic acceptance, treatment suitability or results, appointments, prices, travel arrangements, review accuracy or continuous availability.
16. Limitation of responsibility
Menemem acts as an information and discovery intermediary. To the extent permitted by law, it is not responsible for independent clinical decisions or services supplied by clinics or other third parties. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy policy.
18. Changes to the Terms
Menemem may update these Terms. The published version will show the date of the latest update, including material changes.
19. Governing law
The governing law and forum will be stated when Menemem's legal operator and jurisdiction are formally configured. No jurisdiction is designated until that information is published.
